These prefabricated Glulam module parts were manufactured by Red Stag TimberLab after a lot of DfMA thinking by the design and construction teams, revolving around high value timber construction and cost-efficiencies. Offsite fabrication was completed by Kobe Construction at the Red Stag TimberLab Auckland facility.

The B201 Project by The University of Auckland is part of the “shovel ready” initiative and received CIP funding.
