The Director of Kobe Construction, Blair Tipler (Blu), is passionate in Architectural, Commercial and Residential properties. He pushes the boundaries for his clients to achieve maximum results. Blu has an impressive portfolio in Queenstown Lakes and Canterbury region, along with 25 years industry experience in NZ, Australia, UK and North America.

Blu and his extensive team work closely on each project with precision, positive energy, and systemic steps to ensure your project runs smoothly and achieves completion timelines. He is there for you each step of the way and is recognized for his comprehensive and thorough attitude as a New Zealand building professional.

We are recognised nationwide for our development and specialised experience with Mass Timber project delivery.

Kobe Construction is a sustainability conscious company with a fundamental focus of working to develop methodical processes to reduce carbon in construction. We have developed comprehensive Virtual Design Construction Modelling tools that enable us to design, build and estimate virtually enabling project development budget expectations to assist our clients to get the most out of there development. Once the project is ground ready, we then take the developed model to site to full scale to showcase the final product in Augmented Reality and then survey the delivery to absolute accuracy no matter how complex the design intent maybe.
