WHAT ARE MY BUILDING OPTIONS?

There are several different building options available to you:

1. Owner building
2. Speculative home and land packages
3. Contract a project home builder
4. Commission a custom architecturally designed home and source a suitable builder to complete the construction
5. Select a builder who can offer a customised design and construction package

There are advantages and disadvantages for each option. We encourage you to do your home and also come and talk to us or someone you can trust, who has the knowledge, so they can talk through the options without bias (from their own personal experience or someone they heard about through the grapevine).
