OBJECT X ARCHITECTURE X PEOPLE
I believe in the magical power of colours. How it can affect our senses & emotions not only physically but mentally. It has a healing power that works within the inhabited city and space we live in. As an Interior Designer, I love exploring diverse cities around the world, which reflects my passion for travelling. I love meeting new people with different cultures, and people with a variety of inhabiting environments. I love learning new languages, their history and their lifestyle. I love listening to their stories and getting to know their style of life and fashion.
"Architecture of Wearables" is a project that I worked on to develop my interest and passion in colours, how colours act in space and mainly how they affect human senses and emotions, not only physically but mentally, based on my university studies in Spatial Design at AUT. Its playful colour palette and compositions of shapes are inspired by changes in colours of the sky from dawn to morning, noon to afternoon, and evening to night. Geometric shapes are the expression of how I see architecture and the people living within it.
ARCHITECTURE X FASHION
I am an Interior Designer who always had a passion for colours, fashion and the identity of each individual. We all exist in space and there is a connection between our being in space and architecture. I believe colour and objects play a huge role in creating interaction in-between. My art portrays and supports the unique identities of people in this world, and different cultural and life backgrounds which are expressed through extravagant combinations of shapes, patterns, fashion objects and colours.

Please contact us to discuss further.
The concept was formulated with the idea of bridging the gap between local talent and the commercial specifier market. Too often we see generic imagery sourced through international libraries with little thought to what is available in our own back yard. On conversations with the specifier market to date we found that there was a gap not only in our NZMADE offer when it came to access of NZ specific artwork, but also the lack of access to artwork by local talent.
