element™ is a custom coloured decorative MDF board coated with  Climate® Decor Shield durable interior powder coating.  Designed as a lower cost and more durable alternative to lacquered and painted MDF boards with greater colour flexibility than stock ranges of laminate.

Sustainability

The coating is VOC free, solvent free and a low waste coating process.  EO MDF available.

Minimum order & lead time

  • Minimum order: 180 m/2 (eg 60 x sheets 2400 x 1200 mm)
  • Lead time: 2 weeks colour matching, 4 weeks for production.

  • Group 3

Colours:

  • Any colour matched to a standard paint range or standardised colour range such as RAL.
  • Matching ABS edging available for solid colours. Minimum order and lead time applies.

Sizes:

  • Maximum width: 1200mm
  • Lengths: 2400, 2700, 3600mm
  • Thicknesses: 12,16,18,25,30mm*
  • Cut to size available
  • *Some lengths only available in certain thicknesses

Application – vertical surface & low wear horizontal solution

  • Retail – point of sale units, slat wall, paneling
  • Commercial – joinery, shelving, furniture, wall paneling
  • Apartments – kitchen cabinetry

Limitations

  • Interior dry area use only
  • Not suitable for high wear horizontal surfaces such as bench tops
