The suitability and installation for Express by Heka Hoods is limited, and prior to purchase it is the customers sole responsibility to ensure the structural integrity of the substructure for connection of the hoods, and the site-specific wind rating.

Designed and manufactured in accordance with AS1170.2, Region A and B (equivalent to AS4055 – N1, N2, N3) Heka Hoods are suitable for most sites in Australia, when installed as per our installation guidelines. The suitability of the Express by Heka Hoods product range is restricted to specific wind classifications and the availability of a sufficient structural member(s) to attach the hood(s).

The Express by Heka Hoods product range is not suitable in cyclonic regions and installation to brickwork is not acceptable.
