The HB 1830 is a larger key locking version of the HB 1810 & 1820 Flush Bolts. This bolt is able to be key locked with a standard euro cylinder providing additional security for sliding or hinged doors, and can be installed on timber, aluminium, and steel door types.

To accommodate a standard euro cylinder the body of the HB 1830 is significantly larger than its HB 1810 & 1820 counterparts. The bolt weighs approximately 1.3kgs and is ideally suited to large scale doors of at least 42mm thickness. Bolts are milled from solid brass, and incorporate a tension adjusting mechanism with ball bearing detents for smooth operation.

Bolts can be mounted to the top or bottom of doors depending on door detail. The cylinder position however will not change and therefore if the bolt is mounted to the top of the door the cylinder will appear ‘upside down’.
