Big River Panels has 11 standard hole patterns ranging from 5 – 30% open areas and can achieve NRC values up to .85. Holes sizes range from 5 – 25mm diameter and 13.5 or 27mm pitch. Big River Panels can also create customised versions to fulfil any project requirements and can route to custom sizes as well as supplying negative edge details and specialist edge details such as mitres, rebates, and drop in tile profiles.
All panels come with Decoustic 85 felt bonded to the back as standard. Acoustic blanket can also be provided if required. All Big River Panels are prefinished saving time and cost onsite and reducing potential issues such as spills, overspray or damage.
Substrates available are painted or Real timber veneer MDF or Firesafe MDF (SFI-0, SDI-5), Firesafe Radiata or Plywood.
