The IK2000 is Weinor’s tried and tested classic cassette awning range. Available as an I2000 without back plate for level building facades or as the K2000 with back-plate for uneven bases the sturdy Weinor awning with support pipes can be used almost anywhere. As the detail on the front rail and end caps suggest, the IK2000 leans toward a more traditional style.

K 2000: closed cassette – for extra protection
The K 2000 features an additional back-plate, completely closing it off.
N 2000: niche cassette – for flush fit at facade
The N 2000 is specially designed for niche installation.

The tilting arm member with round steel linking chain is sturdy and durable.
Multi-section units – to shade large areas
The I/K 2000 also comes as a combined multi-section unit for very large patios – coupled or in series.

The highly functional N2000 is an awning designed especially for niche fixing. With its unique flat front rail the awning disappears almost completely into the facade. The N2000 offers simple, minimalist style with crisp flush face mount.

Weinor fabric quality and the manufacturing process is exceptional. Weinor fabrics are made from polyester or acrylic and are solution dyed for a superior colour fastness. High-quality pigments are stored in each individual fibre.
The result: especially good colour fastness and high UV resistance. Colours remain lastingly brilliant. This makes Weinor fabrics stand out from products made by other manufacturers where only the finished yarn is dyed. Thanks to the Teflon fabric coating and state-of-the-art nano technology, the surface is resistant to oil, water, dirt and prevents rot.

Peter Meyer commenced manufacturing blinds in 1987 after 15 year’s experience as both a retailer and an interior decorator. He applied that knowledge & experience to set up to manufacture high quality custom made blinds for the trade.
Today Blinds by Peter Meyer is regarded highly as one the best manufacturers of quality blinds in Australia.

The business is now run by his sons, Simon and Damien with Peter becoming chairman of the Board. This generational change has been extremely successful with the company now strengthened with additional energy, innovation and ideas. Both Simon and Damien bring extensive experience to the business with over 30 years combined experience considerably adding to the day to day expertise & customer service.
