Innowood Screen and Louvre systems deliver multiple benefits over real timber. InnoScreen systems offer a light-weight, attractive, flexible and versatile alternative to conventional facade designs. With the look and feel of real timber, they add a warm, natural and stylish look to enhance the appearance of any conventional wall, soffit or ceiling treatment with fire resistant properties to meet the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code.

InnoScreen systems can be orientated vertically or horizontally to deliver a clean finish with either consistently spaced batten. INNOWOOD screen systems offer the flexibility to either provide consistent uniformly spaced battens or the ability to vary the profile and pitch of individual battens to create a unique result.

Concealed Fixing System

InnoScreen’s Concealed Lock-in Fixing System creates a perfectly clean line with battens that simply lock into place, concealing the single-part rear clip that can be set out to any desired spacing. An excellent lightweight, cost-effective solution for internal and external applications. All fixings are concealed for ease of fixing, cost-saving and best of all a clean finish.

Face & Rear Fixing

InnoScreen’s Face & Rear Fixing System is a direct fixing method whereby battens are either face-fixed or back-fixed directly through the profile and generally use an aluminium insert the length of the profile for strengthening and increasing spans. InnoScreen Face & Rear Fixing Systems are also finished on all faces for applications where the batten is visible on both sides.

Colour Range

SPS Roofing and Building stock PS05050, PS10050 and PS15050 is American Oak and Spotted Gum. All other colours are available on request. Minimum order quantities will apply. We are continually adding to the stocked range so please call with enquiries. Innowood pre-finished product is stocked in a standard Premium finish.
