Large French Antique Oil Painting of Birds
A large, highly decorative oil-on-canvas of exotic birds in the manner of 17th century Dutch animalier painter, Melchior d’Hondecoeter. A very striking work in any style of interior. The work has been re-backed onto a new canvas, but shows no sign of any other restorations. The condition is excellent.
