Maldives Fountain

“After searching for a suitable water feature for our new home for the best part of three years, we had a good sense of what ambience we wanted to create. I happened upon the Gardener’s Emporium website and was attracted to a three-tier fountain in an antique bronze finish. Auckland is a long way from Wanaka but after talking to Rachel and sending her photos of our courtyard, I felt encouraged that this might be what we’d been looking for. We took measurements and even asked a good friend who has impeccable taste and who knows our house well to check the size and quality of the product. She loved it. We were nervous about the shipping, but Rachel is the most hands-on supplier I’ve ever dealt with. She scrupulously attended to every detail, ensuring the fountain was meticulously boxed and packaged, then shipped with the most reputable furniture removal company she could find. Rachel and Stu were in communication over the crating and delivery on a daily basis, ensuring that we knew how to have the fountain assembled and installed by sending us videos of installation and careful instructions. On the day it was installed, Rachel was on standby at the other end of the phone in case we had any questions. Fantastic service and we are delighted; the fountain is a perfect size for our space, as Rachel said it would be, and the workmanship and materials are of top quality.”
