Characteristics:
Aluminium is an extremely light weight metal – about one-third the density of steel or copper, making it sort after for certain applications where weight is an issue.
It is malleable and easily fabricated, recyclable and has corrosion resistance and durability due to the protective oxide layer.
- Aluminium finishes available
- Mill finish: A smooth finish that dulls reasonably quickly
- Stucco finish: A mill finish, which reduces the reflectance of the original common mill finish
- Painted finish: A range of colour coated finishes
