An iconic early 90s design with genuine poise and balance. This classic design by Matthew Hilton is a wonderfully proportioned piece, luxurious in comfort. It featured in Taschen's 1000 chairs, is widely used in advertising, and is considered by many as the final word in club chairs.

The Balzac armchair by Matthew Hilton was launched by SCP in 1991. It was SCP's very first upholstery design. Initially, the design was met with little fanfare, but within a few years its curvaceous looks, modernist sensibility and undoubted comfort had caught the design worlds imagination. It went on to become SCP's signature piece and bestseller.

Made in the UK.

Price includes Ottoman.
