- Comprehensive Environmental Control: The OL-U KNX Thermostat can control two separate areas independently. It has a temperature sensor and two 2-stage thermostats, as well as an integrated PI controller for managing heating, cooling, valves, 6-way valves, and fan coils (2 and 4 pipes).
- ETS Configuration: Configurable via the ETS application programme, allowing for detailed customisation and control.
- KNX Data Secure Protocol: Ensures secure communication within the KNX network.

- Mechanical Buttons: Includes 4 mechanical buttons (8 channels) for managing on/off commands, dimmers, rolling shutters, and venetian blinds, along with other programmable functions.

- Customisable RGB LED Bar: A freely configurable RGB LED bar displays states or other quantities available on the KNX bus.
- Logic Blocks: Incorporates 32 logic blocks to implement simple or complex expressions with logical, threshold, algebraic, and conditional operators.
- Proportional Controls: Supports predefined algorithms for proportional control of temperature, humidity, and dew point calculation.
- Virtual Holder Logic: Ideal for hotel room applications, this feature uses a magnetic sensor on the door connected to a digital input to manage accurate presence information.
- Presence Detection: Utilises dedicated sensors to detect the presence of people, identify unexpected presences, and differentiate various behaviours.
- Versatile Installation: Compatible with 2 or 3 module boxes and meets Italian, German, English, and Swiss standards. Available in various colours to match different interior designs.
