NZ Native Kohuhu

Hardy native shrub that tolerates a variety of conditions from coastal to inland areas. Has medium-sized green wrinkled leaves often taking on a purplish tinge in winter, stems are also a purple–black providing a handsome contrast. A good all round hardy native evergreen. Hardy, evergreen, grows to 5 x 3m.

Suitable for: Hedging and screening, group plantings.
