Watersmart
Porous Lane is a durable, low-maintenance alternative to traditional paving made from recycled materials. In fact, over 20,000 tyres have been diverted from landfill to date to make this product!
It enhances site permeability by naturally allowing water to infiltrate the paving, therefore mitigating stormwater runoff and downstream flooding.
It also reduces urban heat island effects and allows water to be diverted to tanks, garden beds, or stormwater systems.
