Porous Lane is the new standard in permeable paving developed through extensive research at the University of Melbourne. What sets it apart is its exceptional permeability, achieving infiltration rates 8 to 10 times higher than industry benchmarks, dramatically reducing runoff, and offering a powerful tool for urban flood mitigation.

Its innovative composition incorporates up to 60% local NZ recycled tyre rubber, transforming a major waste stream into high-performance infrastructure. Unlike traditional permeable surfaces, Porous Lane delivers enhanced durability and flexibility.

It’s a safer, lower-maintenance, and more reliable option when selecting permeable surface. Porous Lane proves that infrastructure can be circular, sustainable and resilient. It’s a smart stormwater solution tailor made in and for Aotearoa.
