Extremely versatile. A range of product variants, a broad spectrum of sizes and unparalleled compatibility – RAUVIPEX can be used across multiple applications.

Saves construction time and costs. The improved flexibility of RAUVIPEX makes installation much easier For you it means: reduced bending forces and faster construction time. The pipe structure allows more compact pipe coiling.

Ease of transportation. The new standard coils with a reduced outer diameter of 2.4m can now be transported much more cost-effectively by standard HGVs. Special project-specific coils with widths of up to 1.6m and heights of up to 2.8m are available.

Endless possibilities: To support limitless versatility of applications, RAUVIPEX is available as a UNO and DUO pipe in dimensions d20 to d140.

1. Outer jacket: The unique geometry of the pipe’s outer jacket cleverly combines flexibility and safety: U-shaped wave crests with wide contact surfaces and high wall thickness make it extremely robust for deployment on construction sites. In combination with the V-shaped pipe troughs, the jacket is noticeably easier to bend during installation.

2. Longitudinal watertightness barrier: Welded all around, the longitudinal water barrier offers the best possible protection against moisture penetration into the pipe insulation, even if the outer jacket is partially damaged.

3. PUR foam: For professional heat and cooling distribution. The newly developed formula for fine-pored PUR foam combines outstanding insulating properties with excellent bending elasticity.

4. Carrier pipes: Reliable transport of hot and cold water: Our extremely durable PE-Xa carrier pipes in REHAU quality – tried and tested for more than 40 years.
