Silva by Lin Teloo | ECC
In the Alps, Guillaume Lopez was touched by the giant trees, seemingly invincible but, once fallen, showing their lighter hearts.
His dining table 'Silva' reflects this play between tough and vulnerable, between light and dark, through the subtle colour variations in the oak veneer: lighter on the inside of the half cylinders in the base, than on the outside and the tabletop. The round version of 'Silva' hides a practical surprise: a Lazy Susan.
