Discover Clipsal’s New Heat Alarm Solution

While smoke alarms are vital for home safety, they can be prone to false alarms in garages, laundries, and pantries; where dust, steam, and fumes are common. In these environments, the NCC allows the use of heat alarms, which detect rapid temperature increases instead of airborne particles. This keeps your home safe without false alarms.

Compatible with existing Clipsal Smoke Alarm bases, the new Fire Tek® Heat Alarm offers wireless interconnection with other Clipsal Smoke Alarms and includes a 10-year lithium battery backup (230V mains powered).

Wiser Smart Smoke Alarm

Interconnecting with existing wireless Fire Tek® smoke alarms, the Wiser Smart Smoke alarm comes in two varieties; either as battery powered or a 240V hardwired unit. It also comes in two shapes: round and square. It can also be used separately or as part of the Wiser Smart Home system.

The Wiser by SE app provides push notification alerts if smoke is detected as well as an optional test reminder alert and battery status indicator.

Automations can also be programmed in the Wiser by SE app to trigger lights to come on or flash for faster warning if smoke is detected.
