The Sterisan® range by Gentec is vitreous china sanitary ware designed to prevent cross-infection issues. The patented design with a rear offset drainage system helps to eliminate splashing and the outlet reaching over waste. Sterisan® patented characteristics provide alternate solutions to suit the health and aged care industry.
The basins features a deep bowl with anti splash technology that allows for surgical scrub use. Sloped surfaces to prevent bacteria growth in stagnant puddles. A glazed underside allows easy cleaning while anti-microbial coating technology provides infection control. The basin comes standard with plug and waste to the side. This has been designed to prevent the aerosoling of bacteria while washing hands and to prevent cross-infection during hand washing. This also provides greater clearance for wheelchair access.
