- Features
210 gms/m² magnesium coating:
- UniCote® Coastal steel is exceptionally resistant to corrosion, particularly along cut edges, where typical steel roofs are most vulnerable. This strength comes from the addition of magnesium to the zinc/aluminium alloy. Over time, the magnesium allows the protective coating to flow over cut edges, forming a robust seal. This process initiates a sacrificial anti-corrosive reaction, providing enhanced protection and extending the lifespan of the roofing.
30% Thicker Magnesium Alloy Coating:
- UniCote® Coastal has a 30% thicker magnesium coating vs other industry comparable material.
