Wool and Latex Mattress Topper
Is your current mattress uncomfortable, but you’re not quite ready to invest in a new one? This topper might just be the answer – our approx 6cm thick topper made of a layer of carbon neutralised organic latex wrapped in Australian Downs wool. It fits onto any mattress from any store, and under a fitted sheet or mattress protector. Our wool has been washed with a mild cleanser, carded, and no chemicals or treatments added. The topper is hand-stitched into a certified organic cotton and hemp blended cover which is dust-mite resistant. Handcrafted in our own Sydney workshop.

The Wool and Latex topper is approximately 6 cm thick, with a plush feel. The 3.75cm Certified Organic Latex layer gives a cushioned support while the additional Untreated Australian Downs Wool provides a softer feel, making it less spongy than the latex only overlay. A further benefit of the wool is that it is naturally thermoregulating, so will work to allow heat to be dissipated evenly, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. A topper is a great option for adding an additional layer of cushioning to a mattress that is feeling too firm, so do be aware that it does change the feel of the mattress.

All Organic Latex toppers come with a 5 year manufacturers guarantee.
The Natural Bedding Company guarantee covers the following:
- Manufacturing defect
- Material defect
The Natural Bedding Company guarantee does not cover the following:
- Body imprint in mattress. A body imprint of up to 30mm is considered normal and not a defect.
- Mould
- Picking up/ collecting or delivering any returned goods under warranty. Charges will apply for this service as per consumer law.
- A topper that is found by TNBC to be in a stained or unsanitary condition.
- A topper that is not to your liking such as being too firm or too soft.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by mishandling.
The topper will pack down over time. If a body imprint is left in the mattress, roll it up each day until the wool has packed down evenly.
To prevent mould from occurring on covers and padding materials, it is the customer’s responsibility to turn the toper over regularly and ensure adequate aeration. The topside of these toppers are self-airing, however it is necessary to feel the underside often to check for dampness. If dampness is felt, air your topper in direct sunlight, or dry off thoroughly with a fan or blow dryer.
DO NOT UNZIP the shell or cut the ties, if the topper becomes soiled or mouldy please email support@naturalbedding.com.au for instructions on how best to treat this.
Our warehouse team do their best to check every item prior to shipment, however if a product has slipped through the cracks and you receive something that contains a fault please reach out to us so we can rectify this for you.

Your topper is made to order and will generally take up to 10 working days to complete. Custom sizes may take additional time.
