Ravatherm™
Ravatherm™ XPS X has been formulated with the addition of infra-red ‘blockers’ or particles which are finely dispersed and incorporated into the extruded cell walls. The particles scatter and reflect heat radiation resulting in reduced heat transfer during winter to keep a building warm, as well as in summer to keep it cool. Designed specifically for roofing applications.

Accumen Shapes operates New Zealand’s only locally based manufacturing facility for pre-formed fibreglass pipe sections.
Our capabilities extend to producing Our manufacturing capabilities encompass a diverse array of insulation materials, including FoamGlas (Cellular Glass Insulation), Ravatherm, Foamular XPS shapes and sheets & PUR, PIR, and Phenolic shapes and sheets. We also produce Rockwool pipe sections, along with Siliner and Ductliner boards.
Additionally, we house New Zealand’s only fully automated laminating operation, capable of laminating foils, cloth, and rigid insulation foams to insulation blankets and boards.
In 1991, Accumen was founded in Otahuhu, Auckland, New Zealand. Since then, we have evolved into the present company, Accumen Shapes Limited, specializing in the production of KickIt® High-Quality Lightweight decorative shapes and mouldings, alongside a wide range of Commercial and Industrial insulation products.
