The sturdy chopping block from Zassenhaus can withstand a lot. It is 54 cm long, 30 cm wide and 4 cm high. And made of oak wood, that alone makes it particularly robust and durable. Zassenhaus also uses frontal wood, which is cut against the fiber direction. It is enormously resistant and the cuts close again when you crush meat, fruits, vegetables or cheese on the chopped block. Practical: the juice channel. The chopping block is made for daily use and can withstand heavy use effortlessly. Thanks to its attractive appearance and noble grain, you can also use it for serving. A rustic ham platter with silver onions and spices or a cheese platter, accompanied by grapes, nuts and physalis, come out big on the pithy oak wood
