We meet with you to understand your home, what you want to achieve, your priorities and your budget.

2. Understand What’s Possible
We look at the property, proposed work and any constraints that may affect the project, helping establish a practical direction before moving into design.

3. Budget-Led Design Planning
We bring together the right architect, engineer, quantity surveyor and other specialists as required. Design and cost information develop together, allowing the scope to be adjusted while changes are still relatively easy to make.

4. Final Design & Pricing
Once the design is developed, we work through the construction details, selections, scope and pricing so you have a clear understanding of the project before building begins.

5. Construction
Tim remains closely involved throughout the build, while Tracey manages project planning, budgets, documentation and communication. You deal directly with us throughout the project.

6. Completion & Support
We work through final inspections, documentation and completion, making sure the project is properly finished and handed over.

Already have plans? We can also step in later in the process to review your project, prepare pricing and take it through construction.
