AM architects is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to create beautiful, functional homes that evoke delight for clients. No matter the scale or scope we are focussed on understanding and responding to clients unique needs and desires and the unique conditions of each site.

We believe all buildings should be healthy and energy efficient and as such sustainable design is considered throughout all aspects of design.

Based in Auckland’s inner west we work throughout New Zealand. Directors Mark and April Jolly are registered architects with a diverse range of knowledge having worked for high-profile practices in Wellington, London, Melbourne and Auckland during their 15 year careers. Having extensively renovated and extended their own home Mark and April have experienced first hand the challenges and ultimate reward that comes with creating your own great place.

Taking on a building project can be daunting, at AM Architects we guide our clients through the process from inception to completion, liaising with consultants, council, suppliers and builders to ensure the building process is an enjoyable one.
