BCG Building Design

Founded by Bianca Gemmill, BCG draws on more than two decades of experience across commercial and residential design. Bianca began her career working on large-scale commercial developments alongside major property developers and multidisciplinary consultant teams — an experience that shaped the technical rigour, coordination and clarity behind the studio today.

She moved into residential design to create something more personal: homes with character, warmth and soul that genuinely reflect how each family lives.

BCG has remained deliberately boutique, allowing Bianca to stay closely involved in every project. It’s a personal,d collaborative approach built on open communication, honest advice,e and guiding clients confidently through what can otherwise be a complex design and building process.

Every home begins with understanding the site, the brief and, most importantly, the people. Rather than designing for trends or future resale, BCG focuses on finding the right solution for each client — balancing beautiful architecture with functionality, buildability and budget.

That thinking continues well beyond the initial design. BCG coordinates closely with builders, consultants and certifiers throughout the process, helping clients navigate the many moving parts between an idea and a home ready to build.

The result is thoughtful, well-planned architecture with personality — homes that feel effortless to live in, respond beautifully to their surroundings and still deliver that all-important wow factor.

Design with Purpose. Build with Clarity.
