Aruma is a contemporary beach house by BCG Building Design that embraces the raw charm of coastal living. Completed in 2023, this relaxed holiday home was designed to feel as though it had been there for years, favouring an established, lived-in character over the polish of a shiny new build.  A barn-like roofline shelters a loft master bedroom, while statement ceilings bring character and a sense of space to the interiors. Recycled materials lend texture and history, creating a deliberately rustic feel without overdoing it. The result is an understated retreat shaped around easy living and the simple pleasures of time by the coast.  Recognised as a Regional Winner by the BDAA, Aruma brings together contemporary design and an enduring coastal spirit.
