Entered into the ‘New Build $550,000 – $700,000’ category, our house on Miller Rise in Millwater, won a Gold Award and then went on to win the Category.

Having never built a home before it was a significant step for us to place our trust in Byrne Homes.  We are so glad we did though as our house has turned out beautifully and we could not be happier!  Not only is our home gorgeous inside and out but the build concept was well thought out, with a north facing aspect and a great indoor outdoor flow. The landscaping, that was included as part of the build, is a great addition with a good amount of trees, ferns and other planting, that adds to the overall effect of the home.  Joe kept us informed throughout the build process and was happy to answer our (many!) questions and have us visit the site.  Lisa has an eye for design and the fittings and fixtures in our home are beautiful and well placed.  As we built in an area where many of the houses look the same, it is also great to have a house that stands out from the rest!We would not hesitate to recommend Byrne Homes to anyone looking for a quality, one-of-a-kind, beautiful home.

We are just so stoked with our new home thanks to Byrne Homes! We originally enquired with a few of the more well-known build companies. However, we found ourselves sacrificing so many of the things that were important to us – either because they just couldn’t think outside the box, or because the cost of thinking outside the box put it out of reach. We approached Joe on a whim and asked him to come and take a look at our site to see if there was any hope of achieving something closer to our dream, but within budget (we don’t ask for much!). We came away from our first meeting with Joe super excited about the possibilities! He was very quickly able to get a sense of what we were trying to achieve and was able to envisage what was possible on the site. Add to that Lisa’s great design input and we never looked back. Sure, we had some bumps in the road along the way, but what build doesn’t? Especially when one is investing in a place to call home. The beauty of working with Byrne Homes is that they are a family, just like us, and they get that they are building our home (not just a house). So, they care as much as we do! The finished product is everything we were hoping for and more. We are excited by the prospect of making memories there for many years to come!

We are glad we chose a house built by Byrne Homes. This was our first brand new house. We couldn’t be happier with the final results. Our kids absolutely love this place and for the first time a house feels like home. The definite drawcard was the heated pool for me but the house was unique in design and the detailed work is fantastic. Many people have commented on how beautiful our house is with its unique features and they all love the pool. Who doesn’t.

From the first time we met Joe, he has been nothing short of brilliant in terms of guiding us through the build process and taking us through the journey from plans to final completion. Byrne Homes is owned by Joe and Lisa Byrne. Joe has been in the building industry as both a builder and project manager for over 15 years and is passionate about the craft of building. Lisa brings with her over 15 years design experience and is on hand to ensure the design is stylish, unique & cohesive and pushes the boundaries. Joe is involved in and will personally oversee the entire building process, from your initial meeting to handing over the keys.
