I had wanted to purchase the lamp over the Easter break and a new lamp wasn’t available as the factory was closed for the holiday period. Custom Lighting allowed me to take a floor stock lamp home and keep it until the new lamp was available. Very accommodating. Layla was the person who served me and she was helpful, efficient and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for their quality products but more so for their outstanding customer service.
