Drinkrow Building

At Drinkrow Homes, we build more than houses — we build places people love to call home.

As a family-run business, we take pride in delivering an exceptional building experience across Hawke’s Bay, from Napier to Hastings and Havelock North. Our approach combines clear communication, expert project management, and genuine craftsmanship to ensure every home reflects its owner’s lifestyle and vision.

Whether you’re planning a custom home, exploring a design-and-build project, or considering a new home build in Napier or Hastings, our team is here to guide you through every step.

With a proven reputation for quality and care, we’ve become one of the best home builders in Hawke’s Bay — trusted by homeowners who value professionalism, precision, and peace of mind.

Building your dream home should feel exciting — not overwhelming. That’s why our process is built on clarity, communication, and trust.

From your first conversation with our team, we’ll take the time to understand your goals, budget, and lifestyle. We then match you with the right designer or architect to develop a concept that fits both your vision and your financial plan.

Once design and pricing are complete, our in-house project management system keeps your build on track and transparent — you’ll always know what’s happening and when.

Every Drinkrow home is delivered with the same focus: exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful detail, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

Whether you’re after a design-and-build home in Hawke’s Bay or have plans ready to go, we make the process simple, professional, and enjoyable.
