I am stunned by the level of service at Elite Bathroomware!
It is just unbelievable! I needed to buy a toilet, which was out of stock at all showrooms affiliated with Waterware. Waterware had them in stock, but did not work weekends for collection. They recommended me to call to Elite Bathroomware, so that they would order the toilets for me and I could collect them on Saturday. The whole transaction was unbelievably fast and easy! The same day my toilets were delivered to Elite Bathroomware. On Saturday (the next day) we were at Elite Bathroomware for collection. Extremely helpful, caring staff, although it was very busy in the shop, free barista style coffee and a bathroom for customers.
Just amazing service!!! Highly recommend this business!!!

We live remote and did have some issues with the timing of supply. I am pleased to say that the management listened to us and rectified matters. I am confident that if you require delivery to Waiheke Island that Elite now know how to do it. We will shop here again.
