FC International Limited is a construction consultancy specializing in construction Claims & Disputes, Scheduling & Planning, and Management Consulting. 

Fouad El Chikhani set up FC International in 2010 to combat the dramatic increase in construction claims and dispute cases in the last decade; caused by technological advancement and more complex business relationships. He found research which suggested that over 90% of construction projects do not finish on time and within budget. Fouad realized that robust construction programming would help mitigate these issues and ensure a greater number of projects are completed successfully.

Fouad has committed his career to drive FC International to become the leading business providing added value services with genuine independent advice and assistance to building owners, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and legal representatives before and during any disputes.

Working on infrastructural, industrial and commercial projects across the private and public sectors, the team of experts at FC International has many years’ experience on construction sites/field, in engineering and construction management.
