Golstruct Homes is a family run residential construction company, successfully designing and building new homes for Kiwis across the Rodney district for over 12 years. Being an independent builder (and not a franchise) gives us a number of strengths around flexibility, decision making and a close relationship with all clients right up to General Manager and Director. We pride ourselves on being committed to our client's needs and feel we go over and above to ensure an enjoyable and exciting construction experience. We offer a true fixed-price contract (not one full of PC sums and uncertainty) and of course all our homes come with the 10 Year Master Builder’s Guarantee. Golstruct Homes offer value for money design and build projects throughout the Rodney District, North Shore and Waitakere City. Our key presence is in Millwater, Orewa, Whangaparaoa, Milldale, as well as Riverhead, Huapai and Kumeu.
