Golstruct Homes is a family run residential construction company, successfully designing and building new homes for Kiwis across the Rodney district for over 12 years. Being an independent builder (and not a franchise) gives us a number of strengths around flexibility, decision making and a close relationship with all clients right up to General Manager and Director.

We pride ourselves on being committed to our client's needs and feel we go over and above to ensure an enjoyable and exciting construction experience.

We offer a true fixed-price contract (not one full of PC sums and uncertainty) and of course all our homes come with the 10 Year Master Builder’s Guarantee.

Golstruct Homes offer value for money design and build projects throughout the Rodney District, North Shore and Waitakere City. Our key presence is in Millwater, Orewa, Whangaparaoa, Milldale, as well as Riverhead, Huapai and Kumeu.

What a great experience!!! We have just built our third home and decided to go with Golstruct and can honestly say that it has by far been the best experience.

At the time of signing the contract, promises were made and every single one has been met plus more. Both Sue and Roger are very hands-on with open communication all the way.

They say building can be stressful and it has been in the past but this build was a breeze and so enjoyable. The staff are also an amazing bunch of people who have made things easy. We would definitely build with them again!
