In early 2022 I was looking at either renovating or demolishing and rebuilding an existing house in Lower Hutt, so I set out to find an architect.

Kate put me at ease the moment I met her. She listened to my needs, got to know me and we had a few laughs along the way. Kate was highly professional yet warm and engaging - a very genuine authentic person. She comes across as 'wanting to get it right' for her clients.

During the project Kate worked with my ideas and added her thoughts and design flair to come up with drawings for a stylish functional home. Unfortunately the build did not proceed due to personal circumstances but I knew I would be engaging Kates services again once I found another property - A few months later I took Kate to view a potential property to get her ideas on how it could be renovated. Once I knew she was happy to take on the project I purchased the property.

The project took 9 months - during this time Kate was project managing the job and keeping me updated on progress.

I could not have done this without Kate's ability to pull the design and renovations together. I am now the proud owner of a 'Wow Factor' home - I couldn't be happier with the results - thank you
