These gorgeous homes are filled with old world character while at the same time provide the modern comforts that today's technologies allow.

We have licencee's working throughout New Zealand building these high quality homes, as well as having some license's available to buy if you are looking to start your own local building business.

We work hard to ensure wherever possible that we use NZ supplied materials and products.
