I had a kitchen door banging for 2 years . Finally took soft close hinges off to see if i can repair myself. Not going to happen.....Rang Hettich and spoke to Bryttany ( Customer Services/Sales).Explained my hinge problem. Bryttany asked for me to send photos of the hinge to her. Bryttany e-mailed back fast and said two replacement hinges were being sent out that day to me . Hinges arrived by courier this morning. Hinges back on door . Beautiful silence. Hettich did not charge me for anything. What an amazing company . Thanks again Bryttany and to your team .

Hettich's customer service has been exceptional. Needed a small part and they got straight to solving the issue, no mucking around. Just sort it and move forward with a smile. A great example for us all.

What an amazing level of customer service, I walked in with my broken cupboard catch from an old kitchen unit, was attended to instantly by a helpful lady who took my catch had a rummage in their spares cupboard and came back with a complete set of replacements. No charge and an easy process. I was expecting the run-around and this is too old etc or $100 for set but no ! WOW - this level of service is so rare. When i build a kitchen again i'll insist on their hinges.
