I would like to let you know how impressed we are with Richard and Kieran working on our garden. It is wonderful to know they will come once a month, see what needs doing, and do it.

We appreciate the emailed calling card system so we know what has been done each month.

I was particularly impressed seeing Richard clean out fallen leaves from a drain. Something we do occasionally, as we see it needing to be done.

It is reassuring to know our Gardeners obviously take pride in their work and act intuitively.

The team at Humphreys recently completed a renovation of our small garden. We found the team very professional and friendly in both their service and delivery. They proposed great ideas in the design and the work was executed beautifully. We are really happy with the garden and result. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I have just had your team substantially complete the landscaping (fencing, pavers & planting) as part of a re-development on my property. I thought it was worth dropping you a note to say how satisfied I have been with the personnel, their work ethic & quality of work.

I have had Selwyn & Scott (occasionally assisted by others) on site for a number of weeks. They arrive at 7am & work hard all day long. They have been excellent to deal with, have offered good advice, have been cooperative with my builder & been fun to have around (i.e., everything our pool contractor has not been but don’t get me started on them!). They have also been considerate to my wife’s requests for keeping gates closed when possible to prevent our cats wandering on to the main road.

Paul Southan has also been great to deal with, ensuring the resources have matched my programme & keeping regular communication. We especially appreciated him pulling out all stops to get Metro Glass to install a glass balustrade before Xmas when it seemed they were going to let us down.

I not in the habit of sending gushy feedback but believe in credit where it is due!

I have already lined Paul up for a smaller project in my front yard for later in the year, which I would like you guys to do.

We wanted to pass on our highest commendation for all the work Humphreys have done at our property. Every person we have dealt with in your company has been of very high calibre – none more so that Paul Southan, who has been exceptional for us and a pleasure to work with (as was Lutz and co). This has prompted us to email and make sure the team get the recognition they deserve, which is not something we typically have reason to do.    

Without hesitation, we will be recommending Paul to anyone who wants landscaping done and will listen!

We have been using Simon & his team since 2003 to design, install & maintain gardens at both our own home & multiple residential rental properties.
