“It was a delight to work with Phillip, Aaron and the team at Regional Design Serviceon a recent project in Rutherglen. With a fairly vague brief, they were able to develop an exciting concept which had a strong link to the local wine industry. The concept was universally endorsed by the key stakeholders and required very few changes prior to adoption.
Regional Design Service were professional, innovative and thorough while providing great value for money.
“Regional Design Service are very professional & we are delighted with the Aquatic Centre building at Urana. Phillip & Aaron prepared the perfect design to suit the locality & environment with water views from every angle. They were very thorough, have wonderful ideas were very approachable & we found them to be helpful with many fabulous suggestions! The interior colour scheme has that wow factor from the moment you enter the building. The whole building looks amazing!”

Community consultation was a crucial part of this project which also ensured the project reflected the carefully consideredfeedback. Their strong understanding of period styling and architecture provided stakeholders with sound advice and ensured the project reached Council’s vision. Phillip’s approachable nature was particularly a strong asset to the project which involved a high level of community engagement.”
“We are extremely grateful to Phillip and Aaron, they came to us at a time when we were looking to revitalise Rand, but had no idea how to get there. Using a combination of community consultation and their expertise, they came up with a plan that will benefit Rand for many years to come. We have much clearer direction on where we are heading long term. and they continue to support our community through the implementation phase. We are very lucky to have them in our region, giving us access to skills and expertise that we haven’t had easy access to before.”
“Phillip and Aaron listened to us from the beginning, making sure they understood our entire business direction. Their presentations to the board and management were exceptional and this instilled confidence and trust from the beginning. Their willingness to work with us throughout the journey and their problem solving, solution focused attitude has given the club a better than first visualised result.”
“The experience of extending our home was both exciting and rewarding, and I contribute its success largely to the skills of Phillip and Aaron. I met them in my house and as we drank coffee and chatted easily, they had summed up my personality and taste within minutes. I found them imaginative, sensitive to my needs and surroundings, quick to change to suit my feelings and opinion, and competent in dealing with builders, trades people and suppliers. Nothing was too much trouble, and fun and enthusiasm accompanied their professionalism.”
“In working together with Regional Design Service we have created a home that feels very authentic to us. It honours the original building with such respect that where the old meets the new is nearly seamless. It looks modern yet timeless, and has breathed new life into an old farmhouse and in turn, into our lives. It is the perfect balance of luxury and humility.”
“At our very first meeting Phillip and Aaron from Regional Design Service put us completely at ease, as they listened carefully to our story, our plans and what we hoped to achieve. They applied their knowledge of a wide range of materials and techniques to produce a house that exceeded all of our expectations and were invested from the very start; ensuring we all had a unique and fulfilling building experience.”
