What is the process I can expect?

Step One: Consultation
We’re dedicated to finding the right solution for your home. You can kickstart your project by using our Window Advisor App or one of our local consultants will visit you to appraise your windows and take time to understand your requirements. We will discuss the range of solutions that can be used to help improve the health and comfort of your home. We will also take the time to show you what the changes will look like and answer any further questions you may have. We will then take some measurements of your windows to be double glazed.

Step Two: Project Confirmation
Following the acceptance of your double glazing proposal, we will schedule your project. Meeting your expectations is important to us and you may wish to clarify some aspects in person. Before commencing work, we will make a time to visit and check the specifications and measurements to help ensure your project is completed correctly and there are no unexpected surprises.

Step Three: Project Preparation
With your customised solution now specified, the materials will be ordered and work that can be done in advance of installation will be completed in our factories. All project work is carried out using leading products and technologies, with attention to detail, taking special care to minimise disruption.

Step Four: Installation
Like you, we expect common courtesies and respect is shown when work is being carried out in our homes. Our team of installation specialists will remove your old, inefficient glass and will carefully and efficiently replace it with high-performance double glazing, leaving your home clean and tidy. All of our team members are employed and trained by The Double Glazing Company so you can have confidence that your project will be completed in a professional and trustworthy manner.
