Dowling Construction & Development (DCD) specialises in building unique, high-performing, luxury residences in Queenstown. Founding Director Dennis Dowling applies his extensive expertise gained from residential and commercial construction gained in six countries over twenty-five years to building award-winning homes in the Wakatipu. Most recently, a home built by DCD won Gold Reserve at the National Masterbuilder's House of the Year and Regional Category Award winner in New Home $1-2million, 2018. Every DCD home is delivered with the same passion: Craftsmanship without Compromise. These architecturally designed homes exceed expectations in workmanship, beauty and Passive House performance.
