119 King Street banner

119 King Street is located in Sydney’s CBD in between the city’s premier pedestrian mall and it’s financial district.

An existing infill building has been substantially remodeled to insert an elevator, rework internal stairs, and reimagine the building façade.

In a streetscape of contemporary and heritage buildings, the new façade is dominated by large expanses of glass at ground and first floor levels with a bronze framework and onyx stone panels above.

Horizontal bronze sections reference adjacent ashlar details whilst the onyx is an interpretation of Sydney sandstone facades.

Luxury Swiss jeweler and watchmaker, Chopard, occupies the building with it’s signature interior design.
