This location is one of the few in the world where the sun can be seen rising and setting on the ocean so the layout of the property, facing due North to water, was designed to accentuate and enjoy this vista while being mindful of energy efficiency and sustainability.

This build includes a large main house and a guest cottage. The main house features a private cinema, a spacious kitchen, and a luxurious master bedroom and en-suite.
