The complete design process, project management and construction of this new development was created through the imagination of Phillip Hawksley, right down to the custom staircase, which he personally designed and built himself as the perfect fit for this style of home.

Bellbuoy Beach is on the same Latitude (South of the equator) as the Hamptons in U.S.A This was the predominant reason for choosing the Hamptons style of design on this beachfront allotment. This location is one of the few in the world where the sun can be seen rising and setting on the ocean so the layout of the property, facing due North to water, was designed to accentuate and enjoy this vista while being mindful of energy efficiency and sustainability.

This build includes a large main house and a guest cottage. The main house features a private cinema, a spacious kitchen, and a luxurious master bedroom and en-suite.
