A luxurious beach holiday home renovation featuring a sophisticated palette of black, white, and dark timber, complemented by brass accents and bronzed mirrors, designed for year-round entertaining with a covered deck and wet bar.
This beach holiday home was renovated by local Ohope builder Sheldon Hill and incorporates the clients wish to keep all surfaces either black, white or dark timber. The use of brass accents warm the space and create a luxurious vibe that is in line with the clients aesthetic. The use of bronzed mirrors as splashbacks, especially in the kitchen bounce light around the room and in the kitchen the beautiful view of Ohope's West End is reflected. An entertainers delight, this home will be enjoyed year round with the covered deck complete with ambient lighting, fireplace and outdoor kitchen. When it is too chilly to be outside guests will enjoy the wet bar adjacent to the dining room.
