A charming beach guest house transformed from a dated Lockwood into a cozy retreat, featuring a new kitchen, updated electrics, and beach-inspired furnishings, all set against the backdrop of lush tropical bush.
This lovely little beach home is set behind the owners beach front home and is a space where their family from overseas can stay for extended periods to enjoy Ohope Beach. The house was a dated Lockwood and the budget was fairly modest, but the scope was to create a welcoming home that was carefree, cosy in winter, airy in summer.
After a full new paint, a new kitchen in the existing space, new flooring and updated electrics, the home was furnished to reflect the beach location which has a bonus backdrop of lush tropical bush.
