This homeowner wanted to convert their porch into a sunroom to use all year round. With ever-evolving ideas, they reached out to Renovation Partner Wayne Gordon to help shape their vision.
Now a fully functional all-seasons living area, this space offers the homeowners a spot to relax and soak up the sun which pours in through the new windows, sliding doors, and skylight. The antique stained glass window has been restored and remains in the space to hold on to the home’s original character. Easy flow from the kitchen through the sunroom to the outdoors is encouraged with the conversion of the original exterior doors to an open entryway, and the new sliding doors to the garden.
