For the last 20 years, this home has been a summer bach, but in pursuit of seaside life, the owner was ready to move there full time. They contacted Renovation Partner Wayne Gordon to manage the project.

Filled with memories and a wealth of sentimental value, the reno needed to keep the classic bach vibe intact. The strategy was to retain the kiwi charm on the exterior and modernise the interior. Keeping the design modern but laidback provided the homeowner with both the style and easy maintenance they desired.
