This Sunnyvale homeowner needed a modern kitchen upgrade that matched his other home renovations, so he approached Renovation Partner Dominic Hollands to bring his vision to life. The existing kitchen layout suited the space perfectly, so the rest of the renovation was geared towards creating a bright space with modern fixtures and style. Black and stainless steel appliances make modern improvements, while a light colour palette creates a spacious feel. Everything is illuminated with innovative under cabinet lighting that glows vibrantly, pulling the design together. This project is brought to you by Renovation Partner Dominic Hollands from Refresh Renovations. Suppliers: Plasterboard by GIB, building materials from Mitre 10 and Placemakers, paint by Resene. “I was given a fresh look at our home through the eyes of a Refresh consultant. She not only gave me her recommendations for immediate ways to take the house forward now, cost effectively, she also suggested a modification for the bathroom upstairs, should I get less mobile. Her visit has made us feel enthusiastic to get on and put her recommendations into effect soon. We have already written to seek quotes from recommended providers.”
